Nancy Dyer and I left Florida Wednesday morning and drove to northern Georgia to meet some of our friends from Yellowstone. We have been to Dahlonega where we met up with Bruce, another friend from Yellowstone. We had a tour of his lovely home before going to the town square for a walk and lunch. One of the girls was taking a picture of a dog when some woman came up to her and told her to keep her dog on a leash. It was so funny because my friend didn't have a dog.

Another day we drove to Highlands, NC for shopping and lunch. A lot of the places were closed for the winter but we did manage to help their economy with numerous purchases.

We have now departed but memories for our fun get away will last a long time.
